At LuK, personal development starts as soon as you join the company. After just a few years you will take part in LuK-specific training, e.g. LuK Basics and System Training.

Personal development at LuK stands for lifelong learning and incorporates special promotion programmes alongside the traditional further education and professional development. Our staff in production e.g. can take part at any time in training programmes to gain further qualifications in the quality, machining, joining technology and CNC technology areas.

An essential aspect of personal development at LuK is regular dialogue between the management and staff. One example: in annual staff development reviews our managers work out development objectives with their staff and agree the actions required to attain those objectives.
