Characteristics:
Gentle engagement due to cushion deflection.
Low transmission noise because the torsion damper compensates for irregular running of the engine.
Good ventilation and cooling of the clutch due to the interrupted friction surface.
Temperature-resistant facings (500°C sustained, 700 °C short-term)
The high friction value of the sintered facings allows a clutch design with low release force.
Longer working life due to the extra volume available for wear.
